Cylynt is now seeking to recruit an Office Manager for our Los Angeles-based office. This position is key to ensuring that Cylynt consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and will provide support to the CEO of our US office and Finance Director of the Cylynt Group (based in Dublin). The Office Manager will handle and resolve a variety of complex, confidential, and time-sensitive situations with professionalism and efficiency. The focus of the role will be split between supporting the US CEO (approximately 80%) in sales, partner, and customer interactions and also supporting the Finance Director (approximately 20%) in her responsibilities relating to the US. The position requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. You must possess a combination of customer success skills, business acumen, and general finance experience, as you will engage with multiple and diverse stakeholders within our customers’ organizations.
Web Application QA Engineer - Dublin, Ireland
Responsible for the quality assurance of an AWS cloud-based case management and business intelligence SaaS solution. The role involves a mixture of both automated and manual testing. The successful candidate must have BSc in CS or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience testing enterprise web applications is required, including the use of test automation tools. Will work closely with the software engineering team as part of Agile software development projects, with responsibility for all aspects of the testing lifecycle, from test planning, script creation, test automation, test execution, process improvement. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter, who can work closely in a collaborative role with other team members. Authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland is required for this position.

Responsible for supporting pre-sales activity and also, you must have the desire to learn and the passion to contribute to the product as well as technical support. The key areas of focus are pre-sales support of Cylynt’s platform, compliance products, product sales training, and highlighting advantages over competitors through successful demonstration of our technology at customers’ location or our location. The successful candidate must be energetic and focused with a BSc in computer science or a related discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years of development experience (Python or Scala) building scalable enterprise solutions in an AWS cloud environment. Responsible for ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of Cylynt customers. You must have a passion for customer service and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that Cylynt exceeds customers’ expectations. You must be capable of building a strong working relationship with our customers. You must have a can-do, self-managing approach, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment. You must possess a combination of customer success skills, business acumen, and sales experience, as you will engage with multiple different stakeholders within our customers’ organizations. The successful candidate must have a BSc in computer science or a related discipline, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar customer-facing role. Authorization to work in the United States is required. for connecting with new clients and networking with current clients over the phone and email to build a credible relationship that will turn a cold call into a warm call. Grow and maintain a high level of new customer activities. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, a BA or BS is preferred.
